My husband and I took our kids to see Kung Foo Panda. Before we went, I figuratively removed my brain. I thoughoughly enjoyed the movie! Jack Black is the voice of Po, the Panda. They play off the Panda's, uh, roundness, with good comic results. Produced by Dreamworks and not Disney, cliches did not abound. Lines were not predictable. The plot was well-developed. Panda wants to be a Kung Foo Warrior. Becomes Warrior because of fate interveining. Wise Turtle sees his potential and "specialness". Kung Foo Master does not believe in the Panda, but eventually does through a personal awakening and so forth. Worth seeing so bring some kids you know to see it.
